Shanghai CATA Signal Co., Ltd was established in 2001, with CNY 8.5 million registered capital. nearly 13000m2 workshop.
We have strong ability for new products development, own more than 20 patents technology with independent intellectual property rights in the fields of LED application, including 3 invention patents and 3 international patents. By virtue of the leading patented technology, CATA took the lead in developing a full range of LED automotive lamp as early as in 2001. Up to today, by cooperating with customers, we have developed more than 40 series, nearly 500 types of LED automotive lamps which comply with ECE/SAE/ADR/GB standards, and pass the required certificate, such as E-Mark、ADR、SAE/DOT、3C、CE、RoHS. So far, most of our products were exported to countries such as UK, Germany, France , Australia ,USA etc. And they are very well received by customers there. We also enjoy good partnership with some international well-known brands of automotive light.
We were one of the first manufacturer who developed LED work lamp in the industry, LED work lamp and high power LED beacon were rated as 2009 and 2011 National Science and technology innovation project and get the support from national innovation fund.
We successfully developed LED headlamp and it has already passed E-mark test and 3C American Standard Certification in 2015. Now it is widely used on some New Energy vehicle at home and abroad.
We have complete set of equipment for production and quality inspection. We successfully passed the ISO9001 quality system certification in 2003 and obtained ISO/TS 16949 quality system certification in 2007. We also obtained ISO14000 environment system certification in 2014 and IATF16949 in 2018.
In 2015，CATA was awarded the title of High-Tech Enterprise.
